Before you ask, yes, if you view a blog through a category it will be displayed differently.

Does Friends Online and Friends Offline show the friends of the blogger (my assumption is yes)?
Is the star rating system part of the blog mod or is this another mod?

So you can't create your own categories like with the blog mod? And your version doesn't have control panel section for your mod?
