also, a static url would be prefered according to each one's blog.

Attachments are a maybe...
But they'd come much later.
And it does have a static URL, its not a pretty url, but it is static.
To view blog #10 you'd use
blog.php?page=view&mode=blog&b=10
(however I am going to redo the way it is setup a bit)
Later on I'd like to make SEO url's for the blogs...but that has very little priority.

The display of the blogs is a little bit messy. Random blogs, most popular ones... but what about a link to display ALL BLOGS, and maybe a little bit of statistics? (How many blogs altogether on a site, etc.)
Also, a blog is a series of posts/pages. Each post shouldn't be named "blog"... There should be one (or more) blogs with customized name, and posts cathegorized under it. (in archives, it would be "post name" from "blog name" at "date")
What I see is chaos, but I think it will be controlled in a future.
