User Blog Mod Beta 1 Released!

by EXreaction

It has taken a lot of time and work to get this far, but it is now ready and released as a Beta.

Beta means there will be no more features added (well, no planned features that is) any longer to the core of the system. There are a few more features planned but they will be released as plugins.

Happy beta testing all!

Alpha 42

by EXreaction

Alpha 42 is up. Everybody should update ASAP, there was a possibility to still be able to insert javascript into the blog CSS via a very sneaky and clever way I just thought of a few minutes ago, which has been completely fixed now.

Also there were a bunch of bug fixes.

I know I said that this version would most likely be a Beta, but I thought it was much more important to release these bug fixes and security fix now rather than wait until the subsilver2 style was finished.

User Blog Mod Alpha 41

by EXreaction

I've just released Alpha 41 of the User Blog Mod.

Code: Select all
## 2008-02-17
##      Alpha 41
##         + A few more bug fixes and you can now edit a user's blog CSS in the ACP->Manage Users.
##            - Rebuilt the main blog page.  Changed the bright green post deleted color to a dull grey.
##         + To update, upload the new files, update the code in includes/acp/acp_users.php, and point your browser to blog.php?page=update

I plan this to be the last Alpha package before I release it as Beta. For the first Beta package I plan on creating a subsilver2 template, and then after that go to RC stage if there are no reported bugs.
(the plans are subject to change, but they are likely not to)

User Blog Mod Alpha 40

by EXreaction

Alpha 40 was released a little while ago.

There were not any real changes, it was just bug fixes for this release.

User Blogs Updated

The User Blog Mod has been updated to the current SVN copy.

You'll notice a lot of changes.

The next version should be ready for release very soon, and if you see any bugs let me know. :)
