This is a rather simple version of the system used at http://www.wheresgeorge.com/ for phpBB3.
Currently it does not track the bill according to it's location on a map, but that is a possibility in the future.
Install level is intermediate and install time is around 5 minutes.
Instructions for subsilver2 are included.
