This will backup your database daily assuming you have a few visitors per day. If your forum is very inactive this may not be ran daily.
You can also manually go to yoursite/auto_db_backup.php to have the database backed up.
Note that this script will only allow 1 backup per day and any further attempts will be blocked (unless you delete the prior back up made that day).
