SQL Error (spam log file)with 2.0.8

I installed Anti-Spam 2.0.8 today and all went well with the installation. I was able to set preferences and the log-in screen looks good. I even tested it with a dummy account and it works like a charm. However, when I am in the Admin console within phpBB, I cannot view the Spam Log. When I click on the link I get this error message:

phpBB : Critical Error

Could not query log information

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1146 Table 'forum_data.spam_log_table' doesn't exist

SELECT * FROM SPAM_LOG_TABLE ORDER BY log_id DESC LIMIT 0, 12

Any idea what happened or how to fix it? I really don't want to have to reload the entire board to fix this (as was suggested by someone I won't mention...)
While this is not critical to the operation of the board, I am not sure if it affects other areas of the Administrative capabilities of the forum, and I surely don't want to find out the hard way...

Make sure the edits are in place in the constants.php file.

Huh? That went right over my head... What exactly am I looking for in the .php file?
I am kind of a newb to phpBB and this is the first mod I have attempted to install.
Sorry to sound so stupid. I am trying to learn this as fast as I can.

I am using EasyMod (latest version), btw. Is there a way to completely uninstall and reinstall this Mod? I assume that if I reload from backup I will lose the phpBB update, but then I could install the Anti-Spam Mod from scratch (after doing the phpBB update again of course). Would this be a better idea than having me (a newb) poking around in the config files?

If you have no other mods installed, delete all of the installed mod history for EasyMod.

Then follow these instructions:

Then you can re-install the mod.
