Advertisement Management not Working.

I installed Advertisement Management on a phpbb 3.0.10 board, did all the edits, uploaded all files, ran the database.php, refreshed the cache and no use. It doesn't show in ACP, nor on the board itself. What can be the problem?

Check the administrative permissions for the user account you use.
