I now only get a blank page when I click on ACP Smilies and Topic Icons

I cannot access them. I do have a ACP Smilies Categories,but cannot access my smilies.

HELP PLEASE!

You should enable debug mode on phpBB or get access to your PHP error logs and find out what the error is.
