Banned users showing up on Anniversary list.

I saw a post where someone was saying that banned users are ending up on the Anniversary list. I wouldn't have caught that as I have never banned anyone on my forum before. When I get rid of someone I purge their account completely. :D

Yes, I believe there is a ticket in the bug tracker for this as well.
