The User Blog Mod has been disabled.

Hi

I just Installed my first mod & its Blog Mod!

Looks like I installed this mod properly
(followed all steps, given in install.xml)
except ".htaccess" cant find this file!

And now when I goto my website/blog/blog.php

it showed my forum and everything but in body it says "The User Blog Mod has been disabled."

also when I logged-in my ACP I cant see any tab called ".MODS"

did I missed something...?

please let me know
