advertisment management acp problem

i install advertisment management on my site but i can not see menu in admin control panel. version is: 1.0.10
i see some people have the same problem but i counld not find the solution.

i go install url again and i olny see uninstall then i uninstall. after that i install again and it is working now thanks so much for this great mod.
