After update and use of the converter, I've got the following :

Only for the admin account, when I log with a test account everything is ok.

With the admin account, when I try to see my own blog I've got an error , strange ...

Is the converter you are talking about the converter for the blog mod for phpbb2?

Yes absolutely.

I am still investigating. Install was ok , no pb. I face some issues after the upgrade ( blog.php?page=upgrade)

I get error only on the admin session ...

Maybe try resyncing, I believe that the url to resync is blog.php?page=resync

Converter is ok no pb.

Bugs comes from langage file encoded (I got the french translation ..)
