Enable HTML Search Results

When doing a forum search, if a result has the html bb code in it, the HTML shows and not the topic.

If the text shown doesn't include both the opening and closing tags, then that may happen. If you'd like to open up a ticket in the bug tracker, I'll look at it if I ever do get to updating the mod, but that is probably unlikely.
