aaah that explains why, then.

One nice feature .... would be a link called "View new blog posts" on the same line that says "View unanswered posts • View new posts • View active topics" when you are logged in to the forum.

I had a look at the phpbb php code and wow it will take a while to understand where the above line is rendered so I can add the new blog posts link.

This small addition would allow the site users to stumble upon blog entries so much more quickly and easily.
