General Error when on board after installing Anti-Spam ACP

Hi,

I'm sure this has been asked before but I cannot find a working resolution.

I first installed version 1.0.3 and then saw that there was a newer version here so I upgraded to the 1.0.5 on my phpBB 3.0.10 board.

The only other MOD I have installed at this time is the Anti All upper-case MOD.

I am getting this general error:

I have checked the edits and made sure the files are uploaded.
This is on my local host at this point.

Me again...

I undone all the edits from the upgrades from 1.0.3 to 1.0.5 and then reinstalled the MOD from the 1.0.5 installation and all is working.
