Allows authorized users to post full HTML (including javascript) in posts/signatures on a phpBB3 forum. This is a major security vulnerability and you should NEVER allow any user to post HTML. It has a new forum permission which allows you to specify specific users or groups who can post HTML in specific forums and a user permission which allows the posting of HTML in all forums.

This also allows users who have HTML in their signatures to have that HTML be displayed (but only in forums where they are authorized to post HTML). Any previously posted HTML code will be shown as well if the user has been authorized to post it in that forum.

Repeat after me:

If my board gets hacked because I allowed somebody to post HTML it is my fault and I can not hold anyone else responsible. This modification is a major security vulnerability to my board, I am willing to put myself and any others who access this board in danger to have HTML capabilities.

1.0.1 adds the ability to let users post HTML with a user permission as well as a forum permission. With it you can give a specific user the permission to post HTML in every forum.
1.2.0 is a rebuild of this mod. To display HTML now you must put it between [html][/html] tags. It also now displays html in a user's signature when viewing their profile (if they have the u_html user permission set to yes).
1.2.1 is a partial rebuild. More of a re-organization to put the code used into functions. It also adds the ability to add an [html] bbcode and still allow the mod to work.
1.2.2 fixes a bug and does some optimizations (thanks dcz)
1.2.3 makes use of the UMIL Framework for an installation script instead of having the manual SQL Queries.

If a custom [html][/html] bbcode is created do note that the bbcode replacement will not function unless the user does not have permission to post HTML, then the custom bbcode will act like any other custom bbcode.
